Club Med gives Agents what they asked for – deals, details & gifts

What will help you, the Travel Agent, sell more Club Med all-inclusive stays? The resort brand asked the question, you answered and they listened.

What will help you, the Travel Agent, sell more Club Med all-inclusive stays? The resort brand asked the question, you answered and they listened.

A whole new Club Med is in town and it’s all thanks to the 500 Australian and New Zealand Agents who asked for more deals, details and gifts.

The all-inclusive hotelier revealed a range of changes to its 2018/19 season, which it says were made based on feedback from consultants.

Madeleine Clow, General Manager for Australia and New Zealand, said the role of the Travel Agent is “more important than ever” to the business and introducing desired changes would show the brand’s commitment to consultants, while strengthening their relationship.

“We’re extremely excited for Travel Agents to receive the new brochure as part of our ongoing commitment to the trade.”

So, what’s new at Club Med for Agents?

Agent-friendly brochure

Inside the new 2018/19 brochure, consultants will find agent-friendly explanations of Club Med’s premium all-inclusive packages and their resorts.

This was introduced to make it easier for consultants to digest the information and sell it to their clients.

There’s also been an increase in detail on the all-inclusive package, family services and experiences in each resort, plus the addition of new resorts such as Japan’s Club Med Tomamu, France’s Club Med Grand Massif Samoens Morillon, and Italy’s Club Med Cefalu Sicily.

Updated imagery

Club Med has snapped a whole lot of new pics that consultants can share with their clients, including updated images of renovated resorts such as the Club Med Bintan Island in Indonesia.

Complimenting new images are the updated maps and grids, highlighted must-try experiences, and a snapshot of well-know/’influential’ guests who have visited to entice agents clients even further.

The dedicated Club Med Travel Agent Portal provides additional support to Travel Agents with resources and sales tools created specifically with Agents in mind. Such tools are also backed by the experienced and dedicated Club Med sale team across the country that provides ongoing agent assistance and communication on news, events and offers.
