By KarryOn @karryontravel21 Feb 2017G Adventures has started handing out the goods to Travel Agents from its hugely popular Über Massive Incentive, UMI in the Jungle, and the first six weekly prize winners are… Danielle Moore – Helloworld Queensland; Grace Cole – STA Travel NZ; Kasey Buckland – Travel on King NSW; Vianka Xu – STA Travel; Matt Paine – Helloworld Launceston; and Kelly Gainsford – House of Travel. The five gals and one guy were UMI weekly rewards random winners and received gifts from Go Pro packages, UE Boom Speakers, iPad Minis and G Adventures travel vouchers. “We couldn’t be happier to be rewarding the efforts of our hardworking agents throughout Australia and New Zealand.” Adrian Piotto, G Adventures Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand “UMI in the Jungle is at the halfway point now, but there are still so many prizes up for grabs – all Agents have to do is to confirm one booking, and they can be one of 12 on their way to the African Jungle.” This year’s major prize will see 12 winners heading on an African Jungle adventure with flights included, where they will experience a once-in-a-lifetime trip through Uganda and Rwanda. The 12 places on this amazing adventure will have agents spotting chimpanzees and gorillas while trekking through remote African wilderness and enjoying wildlife drives to see elephants and hippos in their natural habitat. To be in with a chance to win, Agents must earn incentive points by booking travellers on G Adventures trips. One incentive point will be awarded for every G Adventures passenger booked on a trip, five points for every passenger booked on a Jane Goodall Collection trip and ten for every G Expedition Polar booking valued over $10,000. Weekly prize winners will continue to be announced each week up until 28 March through G Adventures’ UMI newsletter and UMI Facebook page. The 12 major prize winners will be announced in April. Agents must be registered with G Adventures’ sales platform, Sherpa, to be in the running. To get in the jungle spirit, G Adventures has sent special UMI in the Jungle branded chimpanzees to agents throughout Australia and New Zealand. If any agents haven’t received a chimpanzee, but want to feel the UMI love, G Adventures encourages them to contact their local GPS. Are you in the running to win?
