Hawaiian Airlines’ recent MegaFam with Brand USA saw 55 Australian and New Zealand agents head to the US with Hawaii’s favourite carrier to visit Hawaiian’s 11 mainland USA gateways.
Escorted by Hawaiian’s sales team funsters Meredith Salotto (Sydney), Joelle Vella (Melbourne) and Kay Willett (Queensland) the group headed off to experience the diversity of the USA before re-grouping in Honolulu for two idyllic nights en route back home.
New York, New York
Those on the New York MegaFam enjoyed five days getting to know the city like true New Yorkers. After getting their bearings on Grayline’s sightseeing bus it was onto catching the subway and taking walking food tours to discover local haunts. Museum visits to Brooklyn, Met, Moving Images and MOMA PS1 were capped off by the artistry found at Raaka Chocolate factory and a movie theme bus tour. The visitors from downunder also danced in 4 inches of out of season snowfall on their last day…a joy not shared by the New Yorkers were looking forward to thawing out in their Spring!
Hawaiian Airlines delighted Megafam attendees at the final Gala evening by launching an exclusive incentive to win their own Business Class x 2 holiday package for both a New Zealand and Australian winner to return to holiday in Hawaii.
Other highlights for the agents included a surfing lesson at Huntington Beach, California and exploring downtown Portland, Oregon.
