It’s a love-hate situation when you enjoy something so much that it completely ruins everything else for you.
No, we’re not talking about Chris Evans or Hemsworth (#IWish), but that’s exactly how you’re going to feel when you try Scenic’s new ship.
Named Scenic Jasper, she officially set sail this week after a special christening ceremony held in the Austrian capital, Vienna.
Although she is the eleventh ‘Space-Ship’ in Scenic’s fleet, she is a ‘next-generation’ product, meaning she offers even more intimacy and luxury for travellers.
Onboard she has 85 cabins including the largest suites on the rivers, with the Royal Panorama Suite measuring up to 44m2 and the Royal Suite boasting 33m2 of space.
“We are proud of the innovations we have made on Scenic Jasper, we’ve taken what was already an exceptional design and are now able to offer our guests a real heightened sense of luxury the largest suites on Europe’s rivers.”
Glen Moroney, Scenic Founder
If that’s not enough to make you love her so much she completely puts you off cruising, then maybe this will:
1. Because once you have butler service, you can’t go back
2. Your room looks like this
3. Or like this
4. The views look like this
5. Or like this
6. Because you’re spoilt with a Vitality Pool (oh my gosh I want it now)
7. And a jogging track on the top deck
8. Because you have access to these delicious treats – almost anytime you want
9. Even Australian author, Kathy Lette, loved Jasper so much she broke a Champagne bottle over her
Scenic Jasper is the first of two Scenic Space-Ships to be launched this year, Scenic Opal will also be joining the fleet this season bringing the total to 12 – including boutique small ship, Scenic Tsar, which exclusively sails in Russia.
Scenic has the newest fleet of ships to sail the European rivers with a further two currently being built for 2016; Scenic Amber, which will sail the Rhine, Main and Danube rivers and Scenic Azure, which will launch on Portugal’s Douro River.
