But more importantly and what everyone wants to know – how did the cruise line manage to win two highly coveted awards?

Royal Caribbean’s Managing Director in Australia and New Zealand, Adam Armstrong answers:

What does winning this award mean to him?

Royal Caribbean

It’s a great honour to have been recognised, and we are truly grateful to the industry for your ongoing support, and to our guests – past, present and future.

What was it he thinks helped the cruise company win this year?

Royal Caribbean

Without our partners in the industry, we couldn’t be here today, 10 years later and still pushing the boundaries of what people thought was possible on a cruise holiday.

Our Travel Agent partners play a huge role in the success of our cruise brand sailing here in Australia and around the world.
