Etihad teams up with LUXE City Guides for new amenity kits

Etihad Airways has introduced a new collection of destination-inspired Business Class amenity kit designs inspired by iconic cities on its extensive global network.

Etihad Airways has introduced a new collection of destination-inspired Business Class amenity kit designs inspired by iconic cities on its extensive global network.

The new range builds on the airline’s award-winning partnership with LUXE City Guides, the straight-talking, highly curated go-to guide for savvy travellers, and London-based skincare and grooming brand Scaramouche + Fandango.

The unique collaboration, which was launched in October 2015, offers Etihad Airways’ guests a stylish and collectable product which provides superior comfort amenities and cultural immersion.

The five new cities are Melbourne, New York, São Paulo, Rome and Bangkok, while the existing Abu Dhabi kit has been refreshed with a new design and a fully updated city guide.

The designs were created exclusively for Etihad Airways by LUXE City Guides.

Each kit features a created city guide, showcasing a selection of each destination’s best hotels, restaurants, spas, bars, boutiques, and shopping, as well as services, specialists and personal tour guides.

The Melbourne kit, for example, takes its cue from the city’s 19th century buildings, the Yarra river and coastline

The Scaramouche + Fandango comfort kit features a facial moisturiser enriched with vitamin E and made with anti-oxidants and essential oils to combat fatigue and the lower humidity levels in the cabin.

Triglycerides and essential oils rebalance the skin’s natural moisture. A honey and shea butter lip balm enriched with vitamin E keeps lips hydrated.

The new kits also include a sleep pack containing socks and eye mask, and a dental pack and earplugs.
