MORE WAYS TO REDEEM: Qantas Points valid for all oneworld airlines

Qantas Frequent Flyers will be pleased to learn that their Qantas Points can now be used to lock in reward seats for all oneworld partner airlines with the click of button on the Qantas website.

Qantas Frequent Flyers will be pleased to learn that their Qantas Points can now be used to lock in reward seats for all oneworld partner airlines with the click of button on the Qantas website.

This gives frequent flyers access to more than 1,200 destinations worldwide with over 50 of Qantas’ airline partners.

The upgrade will also make it smoother for Qantas Frequent Flyers booking reward seat bookings with Japan Airlines.

Previously, a phone call needed to be made to the Qantas contact centre, but now it can all be booked at Qantas.com.

Being part of the oneworld alliance also gives Qantas Frequent Flyers reciprocal benefits across the network including lounge access and priority check-in and boarding.

It also comes with the ability to earn Qantas Points and Status Credits on eligible flights with all oneworld partner airlines – and redeem Qantas Points for reward flights across their joint network too.

“Booking a reward seat is the most popular way Qantas Frequent Flyer members like to use their points and being able to do that online with all of our oneworld partners makes that process much easier.”

A spokesperson for Qantas.

“Our members love to travel and giving them access to book online with all of Qantas’ 12 oneworld partners, along with many of our other partner airlines, opens up more opportunities when they’re booking their next holiday,” the spokesperson for Qantas went on to say.
