The carrier’s new three-times weekly Sydney-Osaka service is up in the air on an A330 aircraft offering some 92,000 Australians the chance to fly into the Japanese city every year, and vice versa.

According to Sydney Airport’s Managing Director & Chief Executive, Kerrie Mather, the new route is good news for locals as it meet growing demand for travel to Japan, particularly “the largest unserved market” of Osaka.

“Sydneysiders will be excited to now have a direct route to Osaka in time for the busy holiday period.”
