She may still need a little more work in the paint department, but cruise fans finally get to see the world’s largest cruise ship – Harmony of the Seas.

The 5,479 passenger ship floated out of her French shipyard this year ahead of her official April 2016 debut.

The exterior of the vessel is complete (except for that little bit of missing paint) and ready for the next phase of construction – interior.

Once complete, she will be the sister ship of the world’s current largest vessels – Oasis-class vessels, Allure of the Seas and Oasis of the Seas.

Setting herself apart from her siblings, Harmony will be slightly larger and carry slightly more passengers.

Onboard, she will feature the Oasis-class’ seven distinct neighbourhoods, 20 restaurants and 2,394 crew.

There’ll also be new amenities, including three multi-story water slides, the Bionic Bar – which first made its debut on Quantum of the Seas, and Voom – the fastest Internet connection at sea.

When she launches Harmony of the Seas will have spiraling slides.

Passengers will also have access to the signature Royal Caribbean Central Park, Boardwalk, Royal Promenade and pool and sports zone.

The Vitality at Sea Spa will offer massage and beauty treatments, while young cruisers enjoy the Entertainment Place and Youth Zone.

Once complete she will join Oasis & Allure in the Oasis-class.

When she launches next year, Harmony will be used on Western Mediterranean cruises from Barcelona during her inaugural season before travelling over to Fort Lauderdale in November 2016.
