With all the updates, awards and new developments, one would think Scenic Eclipse and its twin were seniors in the sea, BUT the 6-star yachts haven’t even launched yet!

Scenic’s pride and joy has received so much attention and interest ahead of its 31 August 2018 launch, that the company is already adding new destinations for the luxury vessel, including Russia.

The world’s largest nation and fast-growing European hot spot, Russia, was added to ‘Arctic’ itineraries along with the Canadian Arctic and the Northwest Passage.

Meanwhile in Antarctica, Scenic has introduced new summer departures, as well as an additional departure for the Antarctica, South Georgia & Falkland Islands itinerary.

Three new cruises have been added in the Americas, taking guests to the Canadian Maritimes and the east coast of the USA, while returning for another two years are the popular cruises to Cuba, the Caribbean and the coastline of South America.

Also new for 2019 and 2020 are a selection of unique Baltic itineraries to discover the culture, history and diversity of the eight nations bordering the Baltic Sea.

Speaking on the early success of the vessel, Group General Manager of Sales and Marketing Australia/Asia Pacific, Anthony Laver, said he’s confident that the “exciting range of new destinations” will be popular among guests.

He suggested travellers ensure their place on a future cruise by booking early as there’s only 114 suites available on each ship.

“We encourage travellers to secure their preferred cabin by booking now to receive the best offer,” he said.

Scenic Eclipse is scheduled to debut on 31 August 2018 and its sister ship will set off late 2020

The 2019/2020 brochure is out now and features earlybird offers, including savings of up to 10 percent on the full fare.
