New Caledonia Tourism is hosting the first ever Rendezvous Workshop in New Caledonia to increase awareness of the destination as well as raising the profile of industry partners.
Key Australian and New Zealand wholesalers as well as travel trade media have been invited to attend New Caledonia Rendezvous Workshop in New Caledonia next week with the official welcoming dinner taking place on the 28th May.
The workshop is designed to introduce new products to key trade partners and travel trade media, and to facilitate commercial partnerships between New Caledonia products and key Australia/New Zealand wholesalers via a trade workshop event.
The objective of the workshop is to increase New Caledonia destination and product awareness
The actual New Caledonia Tourism Rendezvous Workshop will be held in Noumea on Friday, 29 May 2015 and travel media and product managers will also be given the opportunity to attend a pre and post famil to familiarise themselves with the island.
The overall objectives of the workshop is to increase New Caledonia destination and product awareness as well as raise the profile of New Caledonia industry partners to grow business opportunities for New Caledonia suppliers with key trade partners.
Furthermore the workshop aims to strengthen and establish travel industry relationships with Australian & New Zealand product and marketing managers and to motivate wholesalers to sell more and see the potential of New Caledonia by experiencing the destination first-hand.
