In lounge rooms and dinner tables all around the world, in a galaxy not too far away at all, disgruntled customers voice their complaints on popular travel industry review platform TripAdvisor.
These “keyboard warriors” are able to hide behind the safety of their computers screens and smartphones, dishing out some pretty unfair criticisms at times.
And as Travel Agents, don’t we all know too well the scorn of a disgruntled client: back when I was consulting, many times I was blamed when the airline updated its departure time. Yeah, like I had any control over that!
But anyway, what happens when management responds to these harsh criticisms on TripAdvisor, and decides to strike back against these annoying travellers?
Well, the results can be nothing short of hilarious!
