Australian travel recruitment wizard, Sandra Chiles, is taking a step back after 37 years in the industry after selling her company, inPlace Recruitment, to the competition.

Australian travel recruitment wizard, Sandra Chiles, is taking a step back after 37 years in the industry after selling her company, inPlace Recruitment, to the competition.

The guys over at TMS Talent Group confirmed this morning that they had indeed purchased Sandra’s business to create Australia’s newest leader in travel recruitment.

As part of the purchase, the inPlace team has relocated to the TMS Talent Offices in Hunter Street, Sydney where they will continue to provide clients with career opportunities.

For Sandra, the sale means taking some time away from travel recruitment and day-to-day management in order to focus on supporting the industry as a whole.

“I couldn’t be happier with the new direction and exciting opportunities that lie ahead.”

He continued, saying he expects the merger of two recruitment companies in Australia to strengthen the Group’s “access to an extensive international pool of quality, experienced candidates for our clients”.

“I have always respected the inPlace brand and could see how the culture & staff combined with Sandra’s reputation aligned so closely with those of the TMS Talent Group, so the acquisition made sense.”
