Helloworld Travel completed the acquisition of Flight Systems Pty Ltd. today, less than a month after unveiling plans to purchase the flight booking technology business.

As part of the acquisition, Helloworld Travel now has access to technology capable of providing traditional Agents with 24/7 booking capabilities.

The move also gives the company’s customers added flexibility by providing them with extended online travel services.
