It’s official. Infinity Holidays is sticking with tech company, Traveltek, with the signing of a new long-term contract.

The two companies have extended their relationship, which has seen Infinity adopt both the iTour and iSell products and create a dedicated project team, along with Traveltek, to identify and scope future requirements.

This platform is known within Infinity as Onboard (Ontrack for rail), but is essentially iTour and iSell rebranded.

Together, Infinity and Traveltek have created a single comprehensive application to fulfill everything from a customer enquiry to calculating staff commissions.

Traveltek is the core application in the Cruise and Rail wholesale business, which services the company’s retail shop network.

“The partnership has been evolving over the past few years, with each company benefiting and going from strength to strength because of it.”

Brian Luckins, Infinity Holidays Systems and Operations Leader

“Onboard and Ontrack have been made possible because of the hard work on both sides and the fantastic understanding Traveltek has of how Infinity works as a business.”

Kirsty Orr, Traveltek COO, added that the tech company is committed to building on the strong relationship.

“Both parties have worked tirelessly to create Onboard and Ontrack,” she said.

“This long-term contract allows us to better equip Infinity to deliver first-class cruise and rail products to its customers.

“Traveltek is positioned to easily facilitate its customers, no matter where they are in the world. Our company’s global footprint expansion plan will only see us offer a better, more bespoke service to our customers.”
