The TIME (Travel Industry Mentor Experience) has become a vital and renowned part of the industry for its focus on knowledge sharing and relationship building.

Now the program is ready to take one step forward, with the launch of the Executive Mentoring Program targeted towards higher-level professionals.

Serving as a reminder that travel professionals are never too experienced to benefit from a mentor, the Executive Mentoring Program focuses on sourcing mentors for Managers, Managing Directors, even C-Suite executives already working in the travel, tourism and hospitality industry.

Those who take part will have access to a confidential environment to explore ideas; gain deeper insight and understanding; receive greater clarity of organisational goals; and develop effective interpersonal skills.

TIME Founder and well-known industry professional, Penny Spencer, said she’s benefited from formal mentoring her entire career and is a believer in “lifelong learning, in personal and professional development”.

“It equips you for just about anything, improves your abilities, and sharpens your acumen.”

The Executive Mentoring Program will run over a six-month period with weekly, one-hour, one-on-one mentoring sessions. In addition, upon completing the program, graduates will benefit from a pair of 90-minute one-on-one sessions with different TIME Mentors.

TIME’s Executive Mentoring is available to all Executives (Managers, Managing Directors, CEO’s) within the travel and tourism and hospitality industry.
