Changes were unveiled this week and according to the agency, are designed to appeal to a wider demographic.

At the centre of changes is the new website, which now has user-friendly functionality and is packed with information, member benefits, exclusive deals and even a blog to help consumers research their next trip.

Additionally, the business has added a new slogan – ‘The over 50s travel specialists’ – to the site, to emphasise its target market.

Founder and CEO, Perry Morcombe, said the tagline will promote the agency’s ability to meet the holiday needs and requirements of the often neglected over 50s market.

“There are a lot of travel agencies that target younger demographics, but not too many that focus on travellers aged 50 plus.”

Seniors Holiday Travel’s Perry Morcombe says the company is catering to an ever-growing market.

He continued, saying that when it comes to planning a holiday, the over 50s market prefers to do so with an Agent and in person.

“At Seniors Holiday Travel Team, we have an experienced team of travel specialists located in Australia who chat one-on-one to our customers about their individual travel plans,” he said.

“You’ll never be redirected to an offshore call centre with us!”

The agency has over 100,000 members in their privilege club, which is testimony to their high level of customer service and dedication to creating dream holidays for over 50s.
