Never mind the lady pulling back the puffy sleeves of her peasant blouse and gazing into her all-telling crystal ball, Travel Agents will get a real glimpse of the future this weekend on Australia’s West Coast.
Travellers Choice’s Shareholders have made their way into Perth today to kick start the group’s annual conference, which (in case you didn’t pick up on the hint) revolves around the future of the industry.
Themed around ’20/20 Vision’, the special 40th anniversary gathering will see consultants discuss the next evolution of their roles while also enjoying fine dining, fine sites and fine company at the six-star Crown Towers Complex.
Giving insight into the ‘future’ of the industry will be former Young Australian of the Year, 2000 Sydney Young Businesswoman of the Year and Australia’s most sought-after authorities on the forces shaping tomorrow’s consumer, Amanda Stevens.
Stevens will offer insights to help members gain a competitive advantage in the market, while also leading a series of workshops throughout the conference.

Also making an appearance at this year’s conference will be former Olympic gymnast Brennon Dowrick, who will explore some simple but effective strategies Travellers Choice members can embrace in order to attain personal goals and achieve business targets.
As well as looking to the future, Travellers Choice will celebrate 40 years of success at its 2017 Annual Shareholders’ Conference, with the three-day event including a black-tie gala dinner at the Crown Towers Complex on the banks of the Swan River.
