This company is all about giving the best customer service possible, hence their search is on for the right candidate to fill this position of Mandarin Team Leader.
You will be looking at supervising a 20+ team of Airline Reservation Agents who are qualified, professional and highly motivated people that need a manager who reflects these qualities too. As the Team Leader for the Mandarin team, you will be responsible for leading your Agents to achieve great results while providing them with a first point of contact for their day-to-day needs.
To be shortlisted you will have…
- Experience in people management as well as vital call centre knowledge
- Outstanding fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English languages
- Fantastic people skills and a genuine interest in leading a team
- Experience in training and development of new and existing team members
- All aspect of rostering
- Maintain new and existing relationships with clients in regards to project related queries and coordinate meetings
- Be able as a manager to read situations and people and adjust accordingly to make sure there is a unified understanding of what the team is working towards
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to confidently lead people through change and growth
- Intermediate computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and deliver project specific reports in a timely manner
As this team is base in the travel industry so it would be advantageous to come from this area, but not essential as this role will receive the necessary industry based training to provide hands-on assistance to the team as well as deal with escalated customer queries.
