What will you be doing in the role?
Your focus as the Account Manager will be to manage the relationship with existing clients, ensuring the link is working.
Manage client reviews, ensure that SLA’s are met, manage all onboard/implementation or technology queries whilst also developing sales opportunities within your portfolio.
What skills and experience will you need?
– Experience working for a corporate TMC in a Sales/Account Management/Client Relationship Management Capacity is essential
– Strong Written and verbal communication skills
– High level of negotiating and persuasion skills
