Hear ye hear ye agents and travellers! Next year, 2018, is going to be the Year of the Dog, according to the Chinese astrological tradition. Which is fitting, because APT is going to be your new best friend…

Why you ask?

Because APT, the legendary Aussie travel company, is launching a new Europe brochure that’s jam-packed with amazing luxury all-inclusive itineraries that straddle both land and/or water. And best thing: all these tours feature Freedom of Choice options – such as Cultural Insight, Gourmet Delight, Active Exploration and Relax and Revive – which are different tour themes that will suit ALL your clients.

The new brochure has also re-organised APT’s Europe 2018 itineraries into styles – such as Luxury River Cruising, Classic Journeys (coach and rail), Small Group Discoveries, Expedition Cruising and Luxury Small Ship Cruising – which is a new initiative that makes it easy for agents like you to choose an itinerary that best suits their clients.

Here are just a few of the fantastic Europe 2018 itineraries you’ll find in APT’s new brochure, as well as just how your clients can tailor their trips to enjoy Europe their own way.

Magnificent Europe: Amsterdam to Budapest

The mother of all APT European itineraries, this classic Amsterdam to Budapest Luxury River Cruise (15 days) is the best introduction to Europe and features three of APT’s four exclusive Royal Signature Experiences (a visit to Namedy Castle; a cocktail reception and private concert at Vienna’s City Palace; and a ride on the Majestic Imperator). All Magnificent Europe cruises are also hosted on APT’s own Concerto River Ships, the only fleet in Europe to boast APT’s custom designed Twin Balcony Suites, which allow guests to enjoy the passing views from both inside and out.

Yep – this is the European trip your clients have been dreaming of for years!

But it’s the Freedom of Choice options that are the real draw-card of this itinerary. For example, in Budapest, guests can choose to go on a Guided City Tour, a Hike to Castle Hill or join the Great Market Hall Culinary Tour.

In Regensburg, Germany, they can choose a Guided Tour of Regensburg, a Bavarian Dance Lesson, a Culinary tour or an Onboard Lecture. And in Miltenberg, a Guided Walking Tour, a German language lesson or a Vineyard Hike.

Britain & Ireland in Depth: London return

Explore the very best of the United Kingdom and Ireland on the epic 21-day Britain & Ireland in Depth Classic Journey. In total, up to 26 destinations are visited on the trip, including a few key highlights, such as lunch and a private falconry display at gorgeous Blair Castle, an overnight stay in a baronial mansion on the banks of Loch Lomond, and a private dinner at Ireland’s enchanting Ballyseede Castle.

But again, it’s the Freedom of Choice options that make this tour – like any of APT’s Europe 2018 itineraries – perfect for any your clients. In York, for example, guests can visit York Minister (the biggest medieval cathedral in England) after their morning tour, or learn about the city’s Viking heritage at the Jorvik Viking Centre.

And in Edinburgh, guests can board the British royal family’s floating home on the Royal Yacht Britannia or get a behind-the-scenes look into the Palace of Holyroodhouse, the official Scottish residence of Her Majesty The Queen.

Colours of Morocco Small Group Discovery: Casablanca return

Delve deeper into a destination on one of APT’s Small Group Discovery itineraries, which includes stays at unique properties and a maximum group size of only 20 pax. For example, the 11-day Colours of Morocco Small Group Discovery itinerary starts and ends in Casablanca, taking guests through the diverse landscape of Morocco and introducing them to the cultural highlights of this North African nation – all in an intimate environment.

And again, guests will be able to tailor their trip thanks to APT’s legendary Freedom of Choice options. For example, in the Merzouga Dunes, guests can either hop on a camel or jump inside a 4WD on a Khamila 4WD tour to explore the dunes. Whilst in Casablanca, guests can choose to visit the Bahia Palace & Majorelle Gardens or participate in a Private cooking class.

Discover even more ways your clients can experience Europe their own way by visiting here and help them make 2018 one to remember.
