MTA Mobile Travel Agents will say Bula to Fiji next year, as it takes its annual national conference overseas for the very first time.
Set to take place in May/June, the 2024 edition of the MTA Mobile Travel Agents conference will be held at the Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort and Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa on Denarau Island.
Themed “Celebrate the Journey”, the event aims to highlight and celebrate the group’s growth, resilience and commitment to the prosperity of its travel advisors and support team.
It also promises “an engaging and dynamic agenda” with keynote speakers, industry updates, professional development sessions and time to experience the local offerings.
MTA says the Pacific island nation holds a special place in the hearts of MTA founders and managing directors Karen and Roy Merricks.
“We can’t wait to come together in Fiji,” Karen said.
“The genuine warmth and friendliness of the local people makes Fiji such a special destination and we can’t wait to share it with all our advisors, support team and preferred suppliers”.
MTA held its last national conference at Sanctuary Cove on the Gold Coast.
