helloworld Owners and Managers are today returning back to Australia after a successful two days at the 2014 helloworld (Owner/Managers) Conference in Los Angeles.
Over two days at Conference, this year held at the JW Marriott Downtown, attendees got to hear from expert speakers including leading Motivator Dr John Izzo, chef Neil Perry, Chris Gardner of the Pursuit of Happiness fame and bestselling author Debbie Mayo-Smith.
Attendees also gained an invaluable insight into how one of Australia’s biggest brands is balancing transformation in action from Woolworths’ Julie Coates and engaged in a powerhouse session led by Terry Hawkins, one of the world’s top 60 motivational speakers, on creating consumer champions and transformational service culture – ahead of a major training initiative to be rolled out across helloworld.
CEO Elizabeth Gaines detailed her strategy to cement helloworld as the partner of choice for consumers, suppliers and agents. She also unveiled a number of new initiatives, which will empower helloworld members and their businesses.
“The Conference has been a huge success. Over two days the knowledge and expertise at the conference was accentuated and amplified for us collectively, as well as at an individual level,” Ms Primmer said. “Our agents have been provided with valuable knowledge and experience to help take full advantage of their potential, supported by a comprehensive programme of marketing, technology and training initiatives.”

The Conference ended on a high with a Gatsby themed Awards Dinner sponsored by Qantas, where 15 helloworld Branded winners and 11 helloworld Associate winners were unveiled across 3 categories. The night featured an amazing live set from Samantha Jade and no end of flappers and sharp suits and hats.
