When it comes to customer service this cruise line and airline are serving it up like a dinner rush buffet on a 3,000+ passenger cruise ship.
There’s a starter of genuine care, main filled with warm smiles and dessert stuffed with extra attentiveness.
Awww so sweet!
It’s this emphasis on customer service that allowed Carnival Cruise Line team and Qantas staff to claim the title ‘friendliest cruise line’ and ‘friendliest airline’ at the 2016 Australian Service Excellence Awards.
Voted by some 2,000 people around the country, the awards recognise and reward Australia’s most customer service-driven organisations and individuals.

Carnival Vice President Australia Jennifer Vandekreeke and Customer Service Institute of Australia CEO Anouche Newman.
For the first time since 2001, this year, the institute expanded the program to include The Friendly Awards – category of awards that acknowledge Australia’s friendliest companies across 15 key industries
