Just in time for Christmas, an iconic Sydney-based travel agency is getting a makeover with its first re-brand in 50 years.
From her on out, Travel Specialists Mosman will be known as Mosman Travel, a name change that owners believe better represents the business.
Managing Director Sharyn Kitchener explained that after speaking to clients, it became clear that many existing customers, new and old, already thought of the company as ‘Mosman Travel’ and that it made sense to adapt and simplify the name accordingly.

“At the end of the day, your brand is a reflection of how your customers feel about you, so it made sense to simplify the name to reflect that.”
In line with the new name, the business logo has been redesigned to incorporate a new logo and identity.
Overtime, in-store will also be upgraded to reflect the change while also receiving exciting refurbishments designed to enhance the customer experience.
Despite the changes, Kitchener assured customer service will always be a priority for the business and clients will continue to find the same expert team dispensing travel expertise, service and support.
