You’ll be saying ‘Merci Air Calin’ while biting into delicious French pastries and taking in stunning island sites in New Caledonia.
The airline is giving Australians the chance to escape the last few weeks of winter, with $298 one way (including taxes) flights to New Caledonia.
Launched last week, the ‘Goodbye Winter, Bonjour New Caledonia sale runs until 25 August.
$298 one-way fares are available from Sydney and Brisbane to Noumea.
Or $315 from Melbourne to Noumea.
The sale prices are available for travel from 4 August 2017 to 31 May 2018 (lockout dates apply).
For those who haven’t yet experienced Australia’s closest South Pacific neighbour (only two hours from Brisbane), it offers a unique mix of Melanesian culture and French influence.
So while travellers can see dances and other cultural aspects of indigenous island tribes, they’re also exposed to the French language, delicious croissants and crème brûlée.
