This epic 2800km expedition on unsealed roads takes adventurous travellers across the heart of the continent from Laverton in Western Australia, to Alice Springs in the Red Centre, and onto Winton in Queensland.
6.ARNHEM WAY

Isolated Arnhem Land is one of Australia’s last great wilderness areas with the journey from Katherine to Nhulunbuy on the Gove Peninsula perfect for intrepid types set on escaping the tourist trail.
