Group Chief Executive, Nadda Buranasiri, said the new route will increase traffic between Queensland and Thailand while also providing a low-cost option for Queenslanders to explore Bangkok.
“We look forward to working with Brisbane Airport, the Queensland Government and the local tourism industry to make these new services a success.”

To celebrate the new service, AirAsia has launched special sale fares from Brisbane to Bangkok starting at just AU$239.
