The Travel Corporation (TTC) has appointed Anne Lee to the role of Trade Marketing Manager for TTC Tour Brands.
Lee joins TTC after a 12-year tenure at GTI Tourism, where she represented a range of tourism boards.
During her total of 18 years as a tourism marketing and communications specialist, Lee has worked with destinations in the USA, Asia, South Pacific, Africa and Europe through various trade and consumer initiatives.
But Anne feels most at home in the B2B space. And this makes TTC Tour Brands a great fit.
In her new role, Lee is responsible for trade relations for the five brands that make up the “proudly trade first” TTC Tour Brands: Luxury Gold, Contiki, Costsaver, Trafalgar and Insight Vacations.
“I have been in the travel industry now for 18 years and do believe I have taken on the best job in the world working across these five amazing touring brands that offer itineraries across the world – covering the youth market all the way through to luxury,” Lee said.
Making Travel Matter
“We have such an amazing local industry here in Australia, that connects us to different people, cultures and environments through travel.
“To me, this is such a privilege. I also believe that the travel industry can do so much good – and TTC’s mission of Making Travel Matter with impactful ‘purpose’ is a key element of my profession that I want to be able to champion.”
TTC Tour Brands managing director said, “We are delighted to have Anne join TTC Tour Brands as Trade Marketing Manager as we continue our commitment of being easy to sell and easy to work with, with all of our trade partners”.
“Marketing to reach new touring considerers and helping them book their dream trip with our key partners will be Anne’s key focus as well as building out e-learning and wider trade engagement strategies.”
In February, a TTC survey of 1,000 people revealed just how keen Aussies are to go travelling after the summer holiday period.
TTC Tour Brands is also giving away a USA Agent Fam Trip in May 2023.
