ReadyRooms upgrades user experience in bid to make booking easier

Online booking platform ReadyRooms has taken feedback on board with added improvements to transform the way advisors search, book and tailor travel packages for their clients.

Online booking platform ReadyRooms has taken feedback on board with added improvements to transform the way advisors search, book and tailor travel packages for their clients.

Responding to agent feedback at the Helloworld Travel Owner Manager Conference earlier this year, ReadyRooms has introduced improvements to the booking platform, which launched in April 2022.

In January, ReadyRooms also cut credit card fees for travel agency and customer transactions.

Helloworld Travel Group GM of Sales Steve Brady said: “From lightning-fast search results to enhanced user interfaces, these improvements will redefine the booking experience.”

The upgrades contribute to a faster, more efficient and user-friendly interface to save time and offer more comprehensive information at your fingertips.

What’s new for agents?

Advisors can now take advantage of 30 per cent faster search results for accommodation and activities along with real-time filtering and scrolling – no more refreshing for rates.

You’ll also be able to see an improved display of discounted rates immediately along with greater visibility of important hotel selling points to share with clients.

Overall, the redesigned user interface provides improved navigation and readability and a more streamlined and smooth booking process.

“By incorporating these improvements, ReadyRooms has fine-tuned its platform to empower travel agents, ultimately enhancing their ability to curate unforgettable travel experiences for their clients,” Mr Brady said.
