Arnaud Michelin officially joined MSC Cruises this week as part of the cruise line’s plan to amplify customer focus, fine-tune service models, and bolster support for agent partners.
Michelin’s official title is Contact Centre and Operations Manager and his role at MSC will draw on his extensive industry experience comprising stints with big names like Finnair, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Air France KLM.
Just before joining MSC Cruises, Arnaud was at the helm at Airline Rep Services, where he was General Manager for Australia, New Zealand and South West Pacific.
His earlier roles included Regional Manager for Finnair, Outbound Sales Team Leader at NCL, and Business Support Manager at Air France in the bustling APAC sector.

MSC Cruises managing director Lisa Teiotu couldn’t be more pleased to welcome Arnaud to the team.
“Arnaud’s remarkable background and comprehensive understanding of the travel industry make him a valuable asset to our team,” she said.
“As we continue to expand our presence in the Australia and New Zealand markets, his expertise will undoubtedly play a vital role in driving our customer-centric initiatives and achieving our business objectives.”
Arnaud’s appointment comes at an exciting time for MSC Cruises, Teiotu added. And Arnaud’s reputation for championing top-tier teams gels with the company’s vision.
With Michelin, MSC Cruises hopes to carve deeper inroads in the Australia and New Zealand markets.
MSC Cruises recently appointed cruise sales specialist Brigita Devries to the newly created position of Senior Sales Manager for Australia & New Zealand.
