Recognising the need to empower its agents with efficient tools, the travel advisor group aims to take the cruise booking experience for agents to the next level.

As a comprehensive one-stop platform, HQ by itravel connects agents with a wide network of cruise lines, hotels, transfers and activities, streamlining the booking process. 

Key features include booking capabilities for cruises, hotels and transfers, reservation management, dedicated support for agents and white label solutions for direct customer bookings.

The initiative aligns with group’s goal of meeting the evolving needs of the industry and providing agents with the resources needed for success in a rapidly growing market. 

With HQ by itravel, the network says agents can expect more efficiency and convenience when managing client bookings.

According to the group, the new booking tool has achieved significant success within the network, with a high adoption rate among agents. Serving as the primary booking platform, it has led to an uptick in bookings and margins for the company, it adds.

CEO Steve Labroski says the addition of cruise to HQ by itravel “has already transformed our members’ booking processes”.

“We’ve had an unwavering positive response from our network, with the majority using it as their primary booking tool,” he states.

The group says cruise bookings have risen dramatically too.

It seems demand for cruise holidays is still growing.

“In the few weeks since we’ve added cruise to HQ by itravel, we’ve already seen an exponential increase in cruise bookings,” Head of Commercial Josh Gordon adds.

“This is particularly timely with the continued demand and growth of the cruise sector”.
