Insight Vacations reveals the emerging European destinations for agents to know in 2025

Insight Vacations has unearthed some hidden gems with emerging European destinations trending up among discerning travellers in 2025 and providing different avenues for agents regarding growth and sales to complement classic itineraries.

Insight Vacations has unearthed some hidden gems with emerging European destinations trending up among discerning travellers in 2025 and providing different avenues for agents regarding growth and sales to complement classic itineraries.

The premium tour operator has seen a significant increase in bookings to culturally rich European destinations with four countries a standout for 2025 sales so far.

In particular, Malta tour bookings are up by a whopping 267 per cent year-on-year, highlighting an interest in alternative Mediterranean destinations.

Eastern Europe is also having a moment with an increase in Romania (up 75%) and Poland (up 48%) bookings, while Finland bookings have risen by 82 per cent.

Insight Vacations has five itineraries that feature Poland, while interested travellers can explore Romania on the Treasures of the Balkans tour and visit Finland as part of two Scandinavian tours.

Finland is shaping up as a popular holiday option in 2025 with recent attention as a sustainable destination and a top spot to witness the Northern Lights.

Insight Vacations’ booking data highlights the potential for advisors to meet the needs of clients looking to explore popular and emerging destinations in Europe on premium, escorted and small-group tours.
