RSSC sees single biggest booking day for latest ultra-luxury ship; launches 234 new cruises for 2027-28

Regent Seven Seas Cruises (RSSC) has reported a record-breaking 24 hours for the launch of its newest ship, Seven Seas Prestige – up 26 per cent on the previous biggest single booking day for a brand-new vessel – and ahead of 234 new sailings for RSSC’s 2027-28 Voyage Collection.

In addition, RSSC also reported that Seven Seas Prestige’s Skyview Regent Suite (priced from AUD$40,000 per suite per night) sold out on six of 13 available sailings for her inaugural season – the company’s best performance of a top-tier product on an opening day.

Set for delivery in December 2026, Seven Seas Prestige is the company’s first new ship class in a decade and is 40 per cent larger than previous ships, yet accommodates only 822 passengers or 10 per cent more guests for a high crew-to-cruiser ratio and onboard experience.

RSSC Chief Luxury Officer Jason Montague said: “I’m absolutely thrilled, but not surprised, by the phenomenal results that Seven Seas Prestige has produced. We knew that luxury travellers were extremely eager to reserve their suite on this incredible ship.”

Seven Seas Prestige promises to begin a new legacy for the entire ultra-luxury cruise sector and we cannot wait until she joins the fleet in December 2026.

“I’d like to thank our valued guests and travel partners, as well as Regent’s highly talented and professional teams around the world, who all contributed to this fantastic achievement.”
