Flight Centre Corporate has rolled out a new travel planning solution, Trip Options, across its Corporate Traveller, FCM Travel, and Stage & Screen Travel Services brands.
The new tool’s primary aim is to simplify the creation of complete itineraries. Embedded directly within the online booking platform, Trip Options lets bookers build full trip plans, including flights, hotels, and car hire, for both domestic and international travel in just a few clicks. Travel arrangers can generate multiple itinerary options, send them to travellers for feedback, and confirm bookings without juggling emails or screenshots.

According to Flight Centre Corporate, the platform’s ‘Draft and Confirm’ feature with update alerts reduces errors while keeping bookings within company policy and traveller preferences.
Trip Options also allows travellers to approve or adjust their itineraries easily, giving teams greater visibility and control.
By streamlining processes and reducing delays, the tool is designed to save time, prevent errors and help businesses secure the best travel options efficiently.
