Aussie travellers’ votes are in… the Australian Travel Industry Association (ATIA) has named the finalists for the 2025 National Travel Industry Awards (NTIA) People’s Choice Awards.

The awards follow a campaign with News Travel Network that shone a light on ATIA Accreditation, drawing over 104,000 visitors and 220,000 page views to its competition site.

Travellers were asked to vote for their favourite ATIA-accredited retailer, tour operator or cruise line in 50 words or less, with the winner to be revealed at the NTIA Gala Dinner on 18 October in Brisbane.

“The People’s Choice Awards celebrate the incredible relationships that exist between Australian travellers and the travel professionals who make their journeys possible,” ATIA CEO Dean Long said.

“We’ve been thrilled with the response to this year’s campaign, which has not only showcased the passion of travellers but also reinforced the value of booking with an ATIA-accredited agent, tour operator, or cruise line.
