MTA – Mobile Travel Agents has wrapped a countrywide celebration for more than 160 top-performing advisors with MTA High Achievers lunch events in five cities, recognising a phenomenal lift of 6.4 per cent average TTV sales per advisor.
The annual events recognise excellence within MTA’s nationwide network and took place in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast and Adelaide in September 2025, attended by Business Success Managers (BSM), and follows the recent conference in Adelaide.
The MTA High Achievers program celebrates advisors who consistently deliver exceptional service, demonstrate strong business performance and contribute to the growth and success of MTA.
This year’s MTA High Achievers enjoyed an exclusive lunch at some of Australia’s most renowned dining destinations, including The Ritz-Carlton, Perth; Farmer’s Daughters in Melbourne, Shangri-La Sydney, QT Gold Coast and The Greek on Halifax in Adelaide.
MTA – Mobile Travel Agents Co-Founder Karen Merricks and CEO Don Beattie joined some events to personally recognise advisors’ achievements in the company’s 25th anniversary year.
Beattie said the lunches were an opportunity to acknowledge the dedication, expertise and exceptional FY25 results of the company’s most successful advisors.
“Our network continues to deliver outstanding results for clients across Australia. It’s an outstanding reflection of the skill, service and commitment our advisors bring to their clients and their businesses every single day,” he said.
“Our High Achievers are achieving this and more, and we’re so proud that more than 160 of them have hit this benchmark this year.
“These lunches are about celebrating excellence within our advisor network and providing a platform for our leadership team to connect directly with those who consistently deliver at the highest level,” he said.
First-time attendee Katrina Carichini was one of the High Achievers recognised this year.
