Intrepid Travel has confirmed Alexa Theofanou as its new Head of Marketing for Australia and New Zealand.
According to Intrepid, Theofanou brings substantial experience with well-known global brands and purpose-driven businesses, having held senior roles at Havaianas, Thankyou and Minor Figures.
She has also worked in sectors spanning sport, fast-moving consumer goods and the creative industries, most recently consulting with Studio Dive, a creative studio recognised for its innovative experiential campaigns.
“Alexa brings the perfect mix of global perspective, creative edge and purpose-driven experience to Intrepid,” Intrepid Travel ANZ General Manager Yvette Thompson stated.

The move follows Louise Laing’s promotion to Vice President of USA Marketing, part of a wider shake-up in the company’s global marketing leadership.
