Helloworld’s top-performing agents swapped office chairs for paddle boats as the 2025 Global Stars and Mega Stars programs wrapped up with an unforgettable journey through Vietnam.
The annual reward trip, which celebrates the network’s leading Australian and New Zealand sellers across VIVA Holidays, GO Holidays and ReadyRooms, combined cultural discovery, culinary indulgence and plenty of team spirit.
This year’s itinerary was designed to showcase Vietnam’s diverse charms – from the bustling streets of Hanoi to the tranquillity of Hoi An and the lush waterways of the Mekong Delta. Agents explored ancient temples, cycled through craft villages, and cruised the famous Ha Long Bay on a vintage paddle steamer.

Helloworld’s elite performers, the Mega Stars were treated to exclusive experiences, including a scenic seaplane flight over Ha Long Bay and an overnight cruise on the Emeraude Classic. There was also sunrise yoga, squid fishing (with mixed results), and a traditional tea ceremony – all adding to the mix of fun and local flavour.
In Hoi An, all groups reunited for a poolside Gala Dinner at the Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort. The evening featured live music, Vietnamese dance performances, and one major reveal: the 2026 Global Stars destination will be the Northern Territory, taking in Alice Springs, Kings Canyon and Uluru next October.
“A heartfelt thank you to our incredible 2025 Mega Stars and Global Stars for your unwavering support of Viva Holidays, GO Holidays and ReadyRooms,” Helloworld COO and Executive Director Cinzia Burnes said.

“Your place in this program reflects your exceptional performance, and this reward trip is a small way for us to celebrate your success. We’re truly grateful to have you as a vital part of our journey.
“We also send thanks and gratitude to our partners, to Singapore Airlines for ensuring our stars arrived in comfort and style and to our destination partner Vivu Journeys and TMG.
“Founder and CEO Kien Tran Trong and his incredible team have been a joy to collaborate with, and their support has been

Kien Tran Trong, CEO of TMG, flagged the importance of travel advisors, describing them as “the lifeblood of this industry”.
“You inspire travellers, create meaningful connections, and turn dreams into reality,” he remarked.
“TMG and Helloworld share the same vision to celebrate and nurture extraordinary talent, ensuring that our industry thrives for generations to come.
“This Global Stars journey is not just a celebration of your remarkable achievements, it is a promise that together, we will continue to craft journeys that are authentic, impactful and unforgettable.”
