National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions unveils 2027–28 global program spanning all 7 continents

National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions has released its full 2027–28 program, featuring voyages across every continent. 

National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions has released its full 2027–28 program, featuring voyages across every continent. 

The new deployment includes a mix of new and returning itineraries, developed to highlight diverse destinations and natural phenomena around the world.

The program continues the collaboration between National Geographic and Lindblad Expeditions, combining field expertise with educational and scientific insight. 

Each voyage is led by a team of naturalists, scientists, historians, photographers and National Geographic Experts.

Highlights include a new Azores to Barcelona: A Special Solar Eclipse Voyage, timed to coincide with the total solar eclipse in August 2027. Guests will have the opportunity to experience the event at sea in the path of totality at the Strait of Gibraltar, alongside subject-matter experts.

Expanded Arctic expeditions feature itineraries to Svalbard and Baffin Island, as well as the return of Fabled Lands of the North: Greenland to Newfoundland. These journeys focus on wildlife viewing and polar environments in optimal seasonal conditions.

New European sailings on National Geographic Orion and National Geographic Endurance explore regions from Spain and Morocco to Norway, while Sea Cloud II offers sailing voyages through the Mediterranean.

Returning programs include Exploring Patagonia’s National Parks and Fiji and Tahiti Adventure: Vibrant Reefs and Cultural History, continuing the brand’s focus on environmentally responsible exploration and engagement with local cultures.
