With such high repeat clientele, the old HX Explorers loyalty program no longer adequately rewarded guests dedicated to exploring the world with the polar experts.
With this in mind, the polar brand has shifted to a four-tier status programme: bronze, silver, gold, and platinum. All guests gain extra perks, no matter their previous level-one or two status.
For those who’ve stayed 50+ cabin nights aboard any HX voyage achieve Platinum status as a thank you for their continued loyalty. Rewards enhance their future onboard experiences, expressing gratitude in true HX style.
Elevating HX among their competitors, the upgraded programme reinforces the premium, service-oriented experience on board, offering more personalised experiences and rewards that resonate with loyal travellers.
Automatically calculated for guests since October, the revised programme uses progress-based points, with rewards points earned from:
- Nights aboard any HX ship
- Onboard experience participation (like taking the Polar Plunge and saying yes to Green night stays, a sustainability initiative where guests can opt out of daily cabin servicing).
