The much-anticipated Flight Centre Travel Group leisure loyalty scheme has just launched with World360 Rewards now live. The Australian points-based rewards program will revolve solely around travel, allowing travellers to earn, redeem and travel more.

Previewed in the Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) FY25 report, World360 Rewards brings together one of the largest travel partner networks in the country, spanning more than 500 airlines, 900,000 hotels worldwide, 40-plus cruise lines and over 300,000 tours globally as well as more than 300 retail, finance, healthcare and lifestyle partners.

The all-new loyalty program app is free to join with the option of a $249 Member Plus tier to unlock 15,000 bonus points, airport lounge passes, delay protection and more.

Flight Centre, Travel Associates and Cruiseabout are FCTG’s initial participating brands. The program will combine the in-store travel expertise of more than 2,500 consultants with everyday earning and the scale of one of the world’s largest travel companies.

FCTG Global Leisure CEO James Kavanagh said: “Travel is the point – or points – of this game-changing new loyalty program. With World360 Rewards, you earn points on every flight, every fare class, every airline, as well as all the other important parts of your holiday booking, including hotels, cruises, tours and experiences.”

The scheme will work in tandem with other airline loyalty programs, allowing Australians to earn World360 Rewards points on top of airline miles and credit card points.

Members will also be able to unlock three times the points with selected partners as part of a launch incentive.

Airlines such as Air New Zealand and Fiji Airways; cruise lines, including Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL), Regent Seven Seas and Viking cruises; and touring companies, such as Collette, Trafalgar and Contiki, are among 12 travel partners for the World360 Rewards’ launch incentive.

“These accelerated points earning boosters mean a member booking a holiday with our participating travel partners can triple their points haul, significantly reducing the cost of future travel,” Kavanagh said.
