The Walshe Group has hit a golden milestone, marking 50 years of representing global aviation and destination brands in Australia and New Zealand and travel industry longevity on 1 February 2026.
The achievement reflects five decades of shaping demand, building relationships and supporting sustainable growth in the Australasian market for airline and tourism brands worldwide, including the recent addition of Brand USA to its portfolio.
Established by Rodney Walshe in 1976, The Walshe Group has grown from a small startup into an airline global sales agent (GSA) and tourism representation business across multiple markets.
The company will mark the 50th anniversary with a year-long program of industry engagement, partner celebrations and internal events with more details to come.

Reflecting on the milestone, Founder Rodney Walshe said the company’s success is driven by people and relationships.
