Albatross Tours has boosted its leadership team, elevating Harry Sargant as Head of Sales and James Hewlett as Head of Marketing, also expanding its sales and marketing teams as record growth and strong advisor support fuel the tour company’s next chapter.

Albatross Tours has boosted its leadership team, elevating Harry Sargant as Head of Sales and James Hewlett as Head of Marketing, also expanding its sales and marketing teams as record growth and strong advisor support fuel the tour company’s next chapter.

Albatross Tours is entering a new phase of growth, unveiling a major expansion of its sales and marketing divisions designed to support retail partners as demand for European touring continues to accelerate.

The expansion is led by the promotion of Brisbane-based Harry Sargant to Director of Sales, alongside the current recruitment of two new Regional Sales Managers for Queensland and NSW.

By elevating Sargant to a new role, Albatross Tours is also creating a clearer leadership structure that aligns sales strategy with broader business goals, supporting consistency across states and allowing Regional Sales Managers to tailor their approach to local market needs.

James Hewlett transitions back into a dedicated role leading marketing after a high-impact year dual-managing the Sales & Marketing teams.

The move will enable sharper long-term brand strategy and set the foundation for the next phase of digital expansion and loyalty innovation, bolstered by the addition of Loyalty Specialist Nicole Gruver and Digital Marketing Executive Heidi Nguyen.

To further support retail partners, Albatross Tours will also hire a new European Touring Specialist, based at the Brisbane call centre.
