Asian airline TransNusa is expanding its presence in Australia with a move set to make life easier for travel advisors.
The Jakarta-based carrier is now live in Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) Australia, with fares available for ticketing via Sabre.
For travel advisors, that means the ability to issue TransNusa tickets directly through BSP, backed by a standard three per cent commission.
The airline says the move streamlines sales and servicing for the trade while strengthening its distribution footprint in the Aussie market.

The airline says further global distribution system options may follow as its network expands.
“This is a significant milestone in TransNusa’s growth journey and an important step in supporting the Australian travel trade,” says Tony Wilson, General Manager of Aviation GSA Services, which represents TransNusa in Australia.
“Being live in BSP via Sabre makes the product far more accessible to agents and underpins our plans to grow TransNusa’s presence in the market.”

TransNusa operates 17 weekly Perth-Denpasar services, with four more weekly flights starting in July. From Bali, travellers can connect to TransNusa’s domestic and international network, including ports in China, Malaysia and Singapore.
The full-service airline also plans to launch the only route between Australia and Lombok in early 2026.
KARRYON UNPACKS: More access, more simplicity. For advisors selling Bali and beyond, TransNusa’s BSP entry means easier ticketing and commission on a growing network.
