Evolution Travel Collective (ETC) will expand and evolve its International Rail (IR) remit with National Business Development Manager Peter Topping providing Australia-wide support at a head office and senior leadership level for the global rail specialist.
Evolution Travel Collective will work closely with IR’s management teams and retail head offices to identify opportunities for improved support, communication and alignment between the specialist rail products and advisors.
In tandem, ETC’s Business Development Managers will continue to work directly with retail advisors in-store, delivering training, education and sales support.

The additional account-management layer is designed to complement frontline agent outreach, ensuring strategic insights and initiatives benefit national agency networks.
Evolution Travel Collective CEO Ingrid Berthelsen said: “This is about strengthening the bridge between head office strategy and what consultants need on the ground.”
“Our BDMs remain focused on retail engagement, while the account-management support allows us to work alongside International Rail on broader planning, feedback loops and support structures that ultimately enhance the agency experience.”

International Rail CEO Jonathan Hume said the expanded Evolution Travel Collective support reflects a shared commitment to help agents confidently sell rail as part of more complex, experience-led itineraries.
“Rail is increasingly being integrated into longer, more bespoke journeys. Having additional account-management support enables us to better understand agency needs at both a strategic and operational level, and ensure our teams and tools are aligned to support consultants effectively,” he said.
