Beyond Travel Group has strengthened its national sales footprint with the appointment of industry veteran Frank Levey as Queensland Business Development Manager, continuing momentum in its growth strategy.
Brisbane-based Levey will focus on maximising sales conversions, deepening travel trade relationships and identifying new business opportunities across the state, while also elevating brand awareness for the wholesale specialist.
The appointment comes at a pivotal time for Beyond Travel Group, which recently outlined plans to double its FIT and group sales within two years as part of a broader expansion strategy.
Levey brings more than three decades of experience across travel and tourism, spanning accounts, sales and business development roles.

Most recently, he served as Global Key Account Manager at Back-Roads Touring, following senior sales management roles at Rocky Mountaineer and Cover-More Group.
Announcing the move on LinkedIn, Levey said: “I couldn’t be prouder to join Beyond Travel as their Queensland BDM.”
“Beyond Travel is a 30-year-old Australian company that specialises in destinations across Croatia and the Balkans, Greece and Turkey, Scandinavia, Iceland and the Baltics, Eastern and Central Europe, and India and Sri Lanka.

“[They] are well known for their product offering, backed by the expert Reservations & Product teams, that can deliver your clients simple solutions to challenging itineraries.”
Levey’s appointment is part of a broader recruitment drive as Beyond Travel Group prepares for its next phase of expansion. The company attributes its recent performance to strong industry partnerships and renewed consumer demand for specialist travel experiences.
Beyond Travel Group CEO Michael Lavilles said the business is entering an important growth phase.
“We’re at an exciting point in our journey. With our foundations stronger than ever, we’re looking for motivated and innovative professionals who want to help take Beyond Travel Group to the next level,” he said.
