Frozen fans: the wait is over. Disneyland Paris officially opened World of Frozen on 29 March 2026, along with a reimagined second theme park, now named Disney Adventure World, in one of the European resort’s most ambitious expansions.
World of Frozen transports Elsa and Anna (and Olaf!) fans to Arendelle for a fully immersive journey into one of Disney’s most beloved recent animated film series, following the land’s debut at Hong Kong Disneyland in 2023.
Highlights include the 36m-high North Mountain crowned with Elsa’s Ice Palace, the village square, Arendelle Bay and the Frozen Ever After musical boat ride, drawing design inspiration from Scandinavian landscapes and architecture.

Façades feature Norwegian rosemaling decorative art, while the entire village comes to life in the one-of-a-kind Snowflower Festival, along with several performances of A Celebration in Arendelle daytime show, including brand-new music.
There’s also the Nordic Crowns Tavern restaurant with Nordic-inspired cuisine and souvenir merch available from Arendelle Boutique and Fjord View Shop.

Inside Arendelle Castle, Frozen fans can experience a royal encounter with Elsa and Anna, while keeping an eye out for characters such as Oaken, Mossie and Olaf.
Disney Adventure World will also bring fans into fully immersive experiences inspired by stories from Walt Disney, Pixar and Marvel.

The Adventure Way promenade represents the gateway to the reimagined second theme park with themed gardens, 15 new dining options and entertainment, including the brand-new Raiponce Tangled Spin attraction based on the movie, Tangled.
Also new, Adventure Bay is a central lake surrounded by World of Frozen, Marvel Avengers Campus and Worlds of Pixar. It hosts the all-new, night-time show, Disney Cascade of Lights, as well as the daytime Disney Princess Cavalcade, which debuts in the Northern Hemisphere summer.

Other highlights include the Disney Marching Band, led by Minnie Mouse, and Mickey Mouse character encounters with his new Victorian-themed outfit in the West Pavilion.
At the inauguration ceremony of the new Disneyland Paris additions, The Walt Disney Company’s new CEO Josh D’Amaro noted that “few stories have resonated with fans around the world like Frozen.”

“From the screen to our parks, cruises and beyond, its impact continues to grow, and with World of Frozen and Disney Adventure World, we’re giving guests at Disneyland Paris the opportunity to experience that story in entirely new ways.”
KARRYON UNPACKS: Disneyland Paris’ Frozen-themed land and park updated deliver a powerful new selling proposition, giving advisors a movie tie-in to drive repeat visitation and position the resort as a headline European experience for Disney fans and families.
