Corporate Traveller has introduced CT Pay – a consolidated payment and expense system as disconnected, legacy booking and expense admin systems cost small-to-medium travel businesses thousands in split supplier payments and FX fees.
Corporate Traveller is the first Australian travel management company (TMC) to launch a dedicated payment and expense system that consolidates business travel spending into a single credit account.
CT Pay captures travel spend at the time of booking and provides trusted, itemised monthly statements with traveller details, cost centres and booking data, ready for direct upload into accounting systems.
It eliminates employee reimbursement cycles, simplifies reconciliation and reduces manual admin for finance teams, while removing out-of-pocket expenses for travellers.

Corporate Traveller Global Managing Director Tom Walley said travel and expense management ranks as the top concern for 76 per cent of corporate buyers as automated tracking and reporting has the potential to transform SME travel programs.
“There has been a fundamental shift in what finance leaders are asking for. It’s not just about getting the best airfare anymore. They want control over spending, visibility into where money is going, and systems that don’t create more work for their teams,” he said.
Walley said Corporate Traveller created a CT Pay product after successfully using the model for years and achieving a 90 per cent adoption rate in Australia. CT Pay is now available to Corporate Traveller clients in Australia and New Zealand and follows other streamlined solutions.

“CT Pay solves a problem our customers have been telling us about for years. The last thing they need is to waste hours every month chasing receipts, hotel portfolios and reconciling credit card statements. It also streamlines the approval process to include both travel and spend,” he said.
“We’re productising it because the market is ready for a dedicated travel payment and expense solution that finance teams actually control,” he said.
