“I am very proud to stand here in front of our peers, our customers, our friends and family and welcome you all to Cruiseabout Erina,” she remarked.

“One of the things I’ve always loved about this industry is that we get to choose the community we become part of – and we’ve chosen this one.”

Ms Hayes said the team’s focus would be on genuine connection with every customer.

“We want to take the time to get to know our customers and be part of their holiday from the planning stage right through to hearing all about it when they return.”

The Erina store is now operating at Erina Fair, with Cruiseabout preparing to open its tenth store at Brisbane’s Indooroopilly Centre imminently.
